FitzPower is completely FREE to eligible venues! All you need to do is get in touch with the FitzPower team via the details on the website. Someone from the team will be in touch ASAP!

No catch! The charging stations and power banks are free for eligible venues because users pay a small fee to rent the power banks. 

Once we have set the power station up in your facility. Customers can simply tap their payment card on the integrated card reader or scan the QR code, and a power bank will be dispensed automatically. When they're done charging, they simply return the power bank by placing it into an empty slot on the station. If needed, on- screen instructions are available to guide them through the process.

Rentals start at £2.00 per 30mins. Rentals are capped at £8.00 per day. That means for just 2 hours the user avails of the power bank for a total of 24 hours without further fees. 

No maintenance, operations or customer support duties for you - we handle it all at no cost. All we ask is that you keep our charging stations plugged in and treat them with care.

Renting a power bank is simple and affordable - just £2 per 30 minutes, with charges capped at £8 for 24 hours. That means once you've paid for 2 hours, you can enjoy the rest of the day free of charge. Make sure not to exceed 48 hours. Once you've had your power bank for 48 hours, 2 full days your rental will end, you will be charged £18 and the power bank is yours to keep. 

To rent a power bank you have two options. 

1. You can scan the QR code 

2. You can tap your payment card on the built- in card reader to release a power bank.

Once your transaction is complete, a power bank will be released from the charging station - just like magic. 

When you're done charging, simply return the power bank to an empty slot in any charging station on the map on the FitzPower app. This will end your rental period. Your total usage time will be calculated and you will be charged accordingly.

Contact customer services and return the power bank to the charging station immediately.

You will have 1 minute of free usage to test if the power bank is working. If the power bank is not returned immediately after this time, we will assume it is working.

Our power banks come with built-in Lightning, USB-C, and Micro- USB cables, making them compatible with most devices - like phones, tablets, headphones, kindles and more. 

They are perfect for small electronics, but definitely not made for powering fridges, microwaves etc.
